1. My name is Sylar.
2. All I've ever wanted is to be special.
3. Overall, my family's always been pretty unremarkable. My father was a watchmaker. I became one too.
4. My mother tells me I can be anything I want. What she really means is she wants me to be what she wants.
5. I'm done being invisible, feeling ignored.
6. I've been doing a lot of traveling lately. Meeting new people. Figuring out what they have to offer.
7. I just got done visiting Texas. Things didn't go so well there. Plans fell through, I wound up staying longer than I wanted to, and the accomodations left a lot to be desired.
8. I'm very good at repairing things. I can easily tell what's wrong, and make it right.
9. I have an excellent memory for anything I read.
10. Actually I have a very powerful mind overall.
11. Cold doesn't really bother me, I'm not as sensitive as most people.
12. I've finally found my purpose in life, my significance.
13. And now that I have it, I won't ever let go.
